Zhangzhou Yushuxin Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990, originally named as “Xiamen Yili Industry and Trade Co., Ltd”. The company is specialized in design, development and manufacture of cosmetics packaging. Our manufacturing site is located in Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, covering an area of 10,000 square meters and having passed ISO9001:2015 quality system certification. In 2012, Yushuxin established subsidiary: Zhongshan Kejia Plastic Co., Ltd., the production workshop of which covers about 4000 square meters. With >30 yrs industry experience and adherence to "quality first, customer first, credible service" business philosophy, Yushuxin has developed a strong, professional team, offering one-stop packaging solution for well-known beauty brands around the world.
R&D Department
Through years of theoretical training and practical experience, Yushuxin has fostered a professional R&D team with >10 yrs industry experience. With excellent product design and development capability, we are offering optimal, one-stop packaging solution to clients tailored to their needs.
Mold Department
Yushuxin is equipped with 2 professional mold rooms, in which all technicians have >10 years of experience in cosmetics packaging. At present, >500 public molds are ready for selection. With strong innovation capability and advanced mold fabrication equipment, our team provides customized new mold development service to clients.
Injection Department
Yushuxin and Kejia injection molding workshops are in total equipped with 30 injection molding machines and 1 blow molding machine, meeting the production requirements of various plastic materials, e.g., PET, PETG, PP, PMMA, PE, ABS, AS, PS, etc.
Surface Processing Department
Our silk printing and hot stamping workshop is cleanly dustfree. The department is at present equipped with 2 automatic UV printing machines, 12 silk printing machines, 9 stamping machines and 1 heat transfer machine, being able to conduct varieties of decoration on different products.
Assembly Department
Our assembly workshop is cleanly dust-free. The department is currently equipped with 2 automatic assembly lines, 10 production lines, 9 ultrasonic machines, 8 pinning machines, and so on. We continuously optimize equipment and processing to guarantee high efficiency.
Quality Control Department
We implement total quality management (TQM), strictly controlling product quality across IQC-IPQC-FQC. Our excellent management team specialized in engineering, manufacturing and quality control carries out timely inspection, assuring high product quality.
